2. What we collect

Wallet addresses you connect or include in transactions (public on-chain data).
Links and token metadata you paste (e.g. pump.fun or DexScreener URLs) to generate your spin-off.
Generated content — names, descriptions, and logos created for your preview.
Technical logs — IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error logs for security and debugging.
Free-launch anti-abuse — hashed IP, a device cookie (cm_did), wallet address, and a coarse browser fingerprint so each user gets at most one free launch.

We do not collect or store your private keys or seed phrases.

3. How we use data

Provide the launch and regeneration features you request.
Build and upload token metadata to IPFS / pump.fun.
Process AI generation for narrative and logo (via third-party API providers).
Prevent abuse, fraud, and technical failures.
Improve the Service.

4. Third parties

We rely on external services that may process data:

Solana RPC providers (Helius, etc.)
pump.fun (IPFS upload, on-chain launch)
OpenAI (narrative and image generation)
Wallet extensions (Phantom, Solflare — governed by their policies)

On-chain transactions are public and permanent on the Solana blockchain.

5. Cookies & local storage

We may use minimal browser storage for session preferences and wallet adapter state. We do not use invasive advertising trackers.

6. Retention

Server logs are retained for a limited period for operations and security. Generated previews are not guaranteed to be stored long-term. Blockchain data persists permanently.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Contact us at supportcopymeme.fun. We cannot delete on-chain records.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18.
