Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using copymeme.fun ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

copymeme.fun is a web tool that helps you prepare and launch memecoin spin-offs on Solana via pump.fun. We generate narrative copy and logo artwork, fetch source token metadata, upload metadata to IPFS, and build unsigned Solana transactions for you to review and sign in your own wallet.

We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. We do not hold your funds or private keys.

3. Fees

Your first successful launch may be free of the copymeme service fee, limited to one per wallet, device identifier, and IP address (anti-abuse). Subsequent launches include a service fee (e.g. 0.01 SOL on Solana, or the listed amount for other chains), collected in a separate transaction you sign, plus any optional dev buy and standard network fees. Venue create fees (e.g. Robinlaunch) may still apply on a free launch. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on-chain.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for tokens you create and transactions you sign.
• You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, hate speech, or illegal activity.
• You confirm you have rights to any links or content you submit.
• Generated logos and copy may resemble source memes — you assume liability for your launch.

5. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Token prices, bonding-curve estimates, logo output, and launch success are not guaranteed. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

6. Risk disclosure

Memecoins are highly speculative and may lose all value. Dev buy estimates shown in the app are approximate based on pump.fun bonding-curve math at create time and may differ slightly on-chain. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

7. Intellectual property

The copymeme.fun brand, UI, and site code are ours. You receive a license to use generated assets for your token launch. We may use anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, copymeme.fun and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or tokens, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes & contact
